Bill Golder
Principal and CEO 

Bill earned his sales and marketing expertise as an executive for Fortune 500 companies and for premier consulting firms in the sales effectiveness arena. He held senior sales, marketing and operations roles for Kinko’s (now FedEx Office), Bulldog Solutions and Office Depot. Bill was the former global Chief Sales and Marketing Officer for the preeminent sales consulting firm for Fortune 5 companies, Miller Heiman. While at Miller Heiman, Bill played a key role in helping the firm double revenues and position the company as a strategic resource for sales leaders in large enterprise companies. At Kinko’s, Bill held leadership roles in both sales and operations and helped to transform a chain of campus copy stores to a network of digital print centers serving businesses everywhere. His background is diverse, working with and inside small and large companies. Interests: golf, microbrews, Detroit sports teams and coaching soccer.

Susan Golder

Susan kicked off her career as an account executive at the Detroit offices of D’Arcy Masius Benton and Bowles (now Leo Burnett Worldwide). She worked on national advertising accounts for Cadillac, FTD and GM Parts. Susan was promoted as an account supervisor for Cadillac-sponsored events marketing initiatives and later as supervisor for new business at DMB&B. She understands the pressure to turn marketing and sales dollars into real results that drive the bottom line. At Targeted Media, Susan worked as a senior marketing sales consultant. Her clients included investment, entertainment and software companies: StorageTek, Time Warner, Invesco and J.D. Edwards. Being on the front lines, Susan has seen the value of sales methodology and funnel management strategies that work to support sales growth. Interests: healthy cooking, playing guitar, films and yoga.

Operations Support

Lynnelle spent more than a decade teaching higher-level mathematics in the Michigan public school system overseeing curriculum writing projects based on research and data-driven learning strategies. She brings her teaching, leadership and analytical skills to the corporate world as Slingshot’s Operations Support Specialist creating operational systems for the business as well as executing key tasks such as invoicing, scheduling, client/prospect database work and supporting Slingshot team members with various requests. Lynnelle also spearheads specific client projects related to data, research and producing documentation for client deliverables. Interests: Avid long-distance runner, life-long learner and reader and chocolate enthusiast.

Randy Kloostra 
Slingshot Circle Consulting Partner

Randy held executive-level roles at the award-winning furniture manufacturer Herman Miller Inc. for 21 years. Herman Miller is among the elite organizations to be named as one of Fortune’s “100 Best Companies To Work For.” He was the VP of Human Resources for Coro Inc., a subsidiary of Herman Miller. Prior to that, Randy served as the Director of Human Resources and Training for D&W Food Centers, a collection of service-oriented retail food stores. He established their training, talent management, human resource functions. He is steep with expertise in organizational health and talent assessment across industries and market segments. Interests: wine making, home remodeling, boating at Michigan summer cottage.

Jason Reed

Jason is uniquely adept at empowering B2B sales leaders and teams to win more business due to his expertise in modern sales approaches required to succeed in today’s new reality. He served as President of Paradigm Learning, a training company teaching professionals business acumen, strategy execution, new hire orientation and project management. Prior to his presidency, Jason was the Senior Vice President at Miller Heiman, National Director for Sales and Marketing for Office Depot and Regional Vice President for Commercial Sales at FedEx Kinko’s. Interests: Fishing, college and pro basketball, international travel and political science.
